HEALTH STAGES

Your experience at Automatic Wellness will not only guide you while taking your first steps on your health journey, but also help build and maintain your health well into the future. Embracing wellness is about life and living and becoming the healthiest YOU possible. Currently, Automatic Wellness are able to see individual clients online and in person, consultation rooms are in Newcastle. We also offer Group sessions where we come to you, this is available for businesses, medical centres and community groups. We believe that prevention is better than cure, engage in our offerings to start living a full life of wellbeing.

ACHIEVE WELLNESS

Do you already have a good concept of your own health, but you need a little help in sustaining health? Do you have high health literacy but need someone to keep you accountable for reaching your health goals?
When your body is well enough it is able to make positive change. Using the PERMA model and the wellness wheel, we will assess your health and introduce some techniques to:
  • understand your personal attributes towards commitment;
  • discover your strengths to develop setback strategies;
  • make sustainable changes to improve your overall wellness today and into the future.

HEALTH LITERACY

Are you ready to make a change in your life to reach optimal health? Are you confused about which way to go and how to start?
If you are beginning your health journey and looking to learn how to reach optimal health, this offer will help you understand:
  • how to read nutrient labels;
  • what foods nourish the body and how to eat them;
  • why movement and nature is important;
  • detoxification and the benefits to your body;
  • human conformity behaviours and the environment we live in.
We also offer cooking demonstrations if you are looking for inspiration or ideas for meal planning. We have endless receipes that are quick, easy, and healthy alternatives for yourself or the whole family.

SELF CARE

Are you too busy for health? Do you struggle to fit everything into your day? Do you forget to put 'you' first?
If this sounds like you, consider spending some time on 'you' to prevent exhaustion. You will learn:
  • how to maintain stress by understanding importance of meditation, forgiveness and gratefulness;
  • how to take control of your thinking and create positive inner dialogue and affirmations that work for you;
  • to improve your emotional wellness through awareness of yourself and your fears.

1 HR SESSION
Initial topic consult Includes questionnaires and future plan (if requested)
1/2 HOUR SESSION
A 'check in' session to keep you on track with your goals and purpose.
4 WEEKLY SESSIONS
One month of weekly consults including an hour topic consult and three 1/2 hour check in consults.
